A Powerful Partnership in Counselling Training

Accelerated, high-quality CPD programmes.

Why Aloe? Why Now?

In an ever-changing world where mental health, relationships, identity, trauma, and cultural shifts are constantly evolving practitioners need training that is current, courageous, and culturally attuned. At Aloe CPD Training Hub, we don’t just teach theory we explore what it means to work ethically and relationally today.

Our CPD training is:

Rooted in contemporary practice, drawing from current research, lived experience, and clinical examples.

Relatable and applicable, offering tools, theory, and insights that make sense in the therapy room.

Relationally focused, recognising that all therapeutic work whether individual, couple, or group is ultimately about human connection.

We value intersectionality, inclusivity, and systemic thinking, helping practitioners make sense of how culture, class, gender, sexuality, neurodiversity, trauma, and power show up in therapy.

Our Motto: “Real Practice. Real Growth.”

We are committed to providing CPD that does more than tick boxes. Our training challenges practitioners to reflect, grow, and integrate new ideas with integrity and care.

Whether you're working with:

Relationships in crisis

Cross-cultural couples

Grief and loss

Children and young people

Gender identity

Or sexuality and intimacy…

You’ll find accessible, evidence-informed, and ethically sound training that reflects both clinical rigour and human complexity.

Dan Taylor

"Hi I'm Dan. I have always had an interest in teaching and training. In my previous career I supported students on their nursing placements, teaching and assisting them with skills and competencies throughout their time with me. These skills and experience I have brought to Aloe counselling training. I teach both the Level 2 and Level 3 courses, sharing my knowledge and supporting the counsellors of tomorrow. When the opportunity for CPD courses came up, I jumped at it. I had already decided my counselling practice would focus upon people affected by long term health conditions, their carers, and the staff helping them. I therefore thought I had a wealth of experience and knowledge I could train others on. As our population gets older, health will affect us and our loved ones more. That is why I have decided to focus more upon these topics in my CPD courses. I want to share knowledge but also help fellow counsellors to better support their clients with knowledge"

Student Feedback

“I would say that best thing about the course is being taught by very knowledgeable and genuinely empathic tutors, with almost every comment, idea or suggestion feeling valued. Additionally, my peer group is another favourite aspect, as they are incredibly supportive and a pleasure to be on the journey with.”

“”

Caroline My favourite thing about the course is the learning that takes place that increases our self-awareness. There is a warm, supportive and nurturing environment between tutors and peers which provides a base to challenge ourselves and meet the demands of the course. I always feel supported by the tutors and able to ask for extra support where I need it
